Joseph (Jay) McIsaac is an experienced physician anesthesiologist (in practice for 35 years), biomedical engineer, and business leader.  An innovator and educator who has pushed the boundaries of medicine and championed patient safety.  Dr. McIsaac is able to bridge diverse fields of medicine, technology, and business. He has published two books, and 67 articles, chapters, and editorials.  He has been invited to speak  at many international meetings, ranging from medical, engineering, security, and banking.

Presently redesigning healthcare as a Co-Founding board member of Quantum Health Partners (QHP), a Florida corporation.  QHP is dedicated to transforming healthcare by putting physicians, staff, and patients first. 

He also serves on two non-profit boards: CFO of the World Association for Disaster and Emergency Medicine and a Co-Founding board member of the Trauma Anesthesiology Society.
